These are a great edition of the utensils that Arthur Boyd is making. I couldn’t resist getting a few to burn on over the holidays and I now have some to put on the website!! Most are made from maple, cherry and occasionally some apple wood makes it into the pile. There are images on both sides of the knife, that are hand drawn, then burned by me.

Wood utensil care:  These utensils are usable art, so please use them. They have been treated with oils so the wood does not split when washed. If you use your utensil, DO NOT!!!! Put in a washing machine. This will ruin your item! Hand wash your wood utensil and when done apply a small amount of oil to it. You can use Olive Oil or Mineral oil, which your wood utensil has already been treated with. Keep doing this and you should have your item should last a good while.
