Forest Critters started out as little sculptures in glass vessels and have grown into a new series for me. There is a type of magic about stumbling onto a critter in the forest, like it was a sweet moment shared between just the two of you. Whether a rabbit, fox, deer or mouse, it’s pure magic to see them in their environment. This is what I hope to share in these sculpts, when you see them. I only make a limited amount every year, so these guys come with a certificate for the year they were created.

This ornament measures right around 5 and 1/2 inches, give or take, from tip of head to the tail. He isn’t sure why he is hanging onto this shiny bulb, but he is happy to be there. He just would like to find his perfect home, in a tree for Christmas.
