I love old frames and so this project came up one day as I was looking at some frames and thinking how cute it would be to do gilded framed watercolors!

Each one of these are right around 31/2 inches to 4inches. Every one of these, is an original watercolor painting done by me. This little guy is a pigeon in Spring. I am truly loving this one and think it has moved into one of my favorites. Anyone who has been following Cranberry Acre has probably seen our pigeons. We sadly lost the last of our pigeons a few weeks ago. We have a soft spot for these birds and probably what inspired this little painting.
